June Success Strategies: Mid-Year Growth Hacks for Solopreneurs

Hi Fellow Hustler!

Yesterday I read “Always be ready to step up, even when you're least expected to”- I think it is time to stop military-style motivations! Even AI takes time to process, We are Just a human! Don’t you think?

So, in the mid-year now and if you see on Youtube, Twitter, or any other social media, how entrepreneurs are bragging about their success, and you are not there YET - Think as if Your success is just around the corner - (it is still processing your work, your hustle) - and the result is BIG - so it is taking time!

This week’s motivation:

"Don't watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going." – Sam Levenson
Emphasizes the importance of consistent effort and perseverance over time.

If you are thinking to leave our Solopreneurship boat or want to lift your motivation suggest you read this article in Forbes. It is about NOW IS THE BEST TIME BECOMING SOLOPRENEUR!

Last week and the beginning of the week have been harder for me and two news that caught my attention:

  • Hiring Trends for 2024: A significant trend is emerging where 60% of solopreneurs plan to hire help in 2024. This is a shift from the traditionally solo operation model, indicating a move towards small-scale team management to handle growing business demands and reduce individual stress (QuickBooks).

I understand how solopreneurs are jumping out of our boat, but creating a team is not a permanent solution. My solution would be automating things that take more time and give fewer results. How about you?

  • Financial Benchmarks for Success: Solopreneurs need to earn an average of $219,000 annually to feel successful. However, more than half estimate their current net worth at less than $100,000, highlighting a financial gap and the ongoing struggle for many solopreneurs to achieve their financial goals (QuickBooks).

In the US market yes, but if you are living somewhere in Asia the average annual income might be less, but still feel successful.

Better compare your last year's, and last decade's income with this year's, it gives you much more satisfaction and motivates your brain. 😄
